Today I made pumpkin fudge and ginger cookies. Now I’m sitting on the couch and just happened to catch one of my favorite movies on SyFy, Pitch Black.
This week we got to see little Jude.
Steven and I sawTrans-Siberian Orchestra on Friday. Despite being 30 minutes late because there was NO parking and getting completely soaked in the monsoon as we made our way into the Arena, it was fantastic. They played almost an hour longer than scheduled and We heard the most well-sung chorus of O Come All Ye Faithful, ever.
I was sick with some terrible stomach bug a couple weeks ago. That bug made it’s way through the whole family this week. One by one the boys dropped like flies. It was the week before Christmas break and the boys missed extra days due to the illness.
I cannot believe there are only four days left til Christmas. Where has December gone?
The boys were In the Christmas program at church. I am always surprised at no matter how unprepared I feel we are, they do so well during performances. Alex had 3 speaking parts, Thomas and Elijah both had two. Oliver was Jesus at 2 years old and he never sat still or cooperated in practice but the day of, he sat like an angel. Isaac, age 5, might have stolen the show. He sat as King Herod on the throne, his feet not quite touching the floor and delivered his lines like it was broadway.
I wish each and every one of you the Merriest of Christmases!
